Dietmedic is a structured nutrition transformation system delivered remotely. We provide structured nutrition assessment, strategy, calibration, and long-term governance. Our clinical dietitians assess and diagnose nutritional status; we do not replace medical treatment, prescribe medication, or provide emergency care. Submitting an intake opens an evaluation; it is not an automatic subscription and creates no obligation to enrol. Engagement structure, scope, and investment are confirmed only after your evaluation call. Enrolment begins when both you and Dietmedic agree to proceed. If the client is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the intake, give consent, and sign the engagement agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information, to disclose relevant medical conditions and medications, to continue working with your medical team where applicable, and to follow guidance responsibly. Outcomes depend in part on engagement and individual biology and cannot be guaranteed.
Dietmedic publishes starting prices on its Membership page. Your final fee is confirmed after evaluation, based on case complexity, oversight, and duration. Payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement. No payment is required before fit is understood.
The Dietmedic name, the Dietmedic Intelligence Model, the Dietmedic Standard, all content, frameworks, and materials are owned by Dietmedic and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dietmedic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Dietmedic does not replace medical care; see the Medical Disclaimer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
