Privacy
Policy

Dietmedic is built on trust. This policy explains what information we collect when you engage with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to evaluate and deliver your nutrition care, and we never sell your data. Dietmedic is operated by Ahabeem Private Limited, trading as Ahabeem Group, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any question about your data, contact info@dietmedic.co.info@dietmedic.co.

01

Information we collect

When you submit an intake or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, your stated objective, current concerns, and relevant history. During an engagement, we may collect health-related information you choose to share, including laboratory results and lifestyle context, solely to design and govern your nutrition care.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as device and browser type and pages visited, to operate and improve the site.

02

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. These may include analytics tools that record pages visited, time on page, device type and approximate location in aggregated form; advertising and measurement tools that show whether our communications reach the right people; tools that help us improve the experience by seeing how pages are used; and tools that power features such as scheduling, forms and messaging. We never use cookies to collect health information. Where a cookie banner is shown, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies there, and you can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as device and browser type and pages visited, to operate and improve the site.

03

How we use your information

To evaluate whether Dietmedic is the right fit, to schedule and conduct your evaluation call, to design and calibrate your nutrition system, to communicate with you about your engagement, and to meet legal and safety obligations. We process health information only with your consent and only for the purpose of your care.

04

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the practitioners involved in your care, with service providers who help us operate securely (under confidentiality obligations), and where required by law. Where you ask us to coordinate with your medical team, we do so only with your authorisation.

05

Data security and retention

Information is handled through secure, access-controlled channels. We retain personal and health information only for as long as necessary to provide your care and to meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

06

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.

07

Children and young people

Some pathways, such as Life-Stage Sustenance, support children and adolescents. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian provides the information, gives consent on their behalf, and remains involved throughout the engagement. We use a minor's information only for their care.

08

International delivery

Dietmedic is delivered remotely and available internationally. By engaging with us, you understand your information may be processed in the locations where we and our service providers operate, always under appropriate safeguards.

09

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
